Why Haven't I Received A Refund As Promised? The Damaged Microwave Was Returned

I ordered the microwave on Nov. 8th, A MONTH AGO! I got it on the 11th but it was damaged. On the 12th I ordered another one and was told that UPS would come get the first one. It has been received back in the warehouse and I was told that I would receive credit on my Discover card. That was three days ago and it still hasn't happened. I am not a bit happy about this stressful ordeal. The order number is W140179658. I want help FAST!

We're an independent help site, not Home Depot. Your first step should be to seek resolution with Home Depot (800-793-3768). As a last resort (it should not be necessary), seek a chargeback (credit) from Discover Card, at 800-347-2683.
