Hi, I Cannot Find The Manual. I Seem To Recall Reading That It’s Unsafe To L

I seem to recall reading that it's unsafe to leave the aromatherapy cartridge in the machine..and then re-use it? Can you re use the same cotton aromatherapy cartridge?

No, it's not unsafe. Just be sure as with any humidifier to follow the manufacturer's safety and cleaning instructions. Your manual is at http://www.homedics.com//media/documents/homedics/instructionbooks/UHE-WM250_IB.pdf, and the safety instructions are on pages 2 and 3.
