How Do You Set The Time? There Is Only A Time Set Button And No Hour/minute, Up/

Can't set time. There"s no hour/minute, up/down, , buttons. Pressing the "time set" button and holding does nothing; the hour flashes, stops, then minute flashes and stops, the the number 12 appears, then disappears. The incorrect time appears on the clock. Just purchased this yesterday. No manual was included. Need a manual. Please help.

Press and hold the TIME SET button (for more than 3 seconds) and press "+" and "-" to "INCREASE" (+) and "DECREASE" (-) to the hour. Press the TIME SET button again to set the minutes and use the "+" and "-" to "INCREASE" (+) and "DECREASE" (-) the minutes. Press the TIME SET button again to set the Year, Month and Day

After the TIME SET button on back then: On mine the + and - keys are the TUNE arrows
