Remove Screw On Back Before Use

I cannot find the screw on the back that I'm supposed to remove before use, per the instructions provided with the product. Am I missing something or is there really no screw with this model?

The manual doesn't mention a screw to remove, the instructions you recieved must pertain to a different product.
