Junk Envy Laptop

I am at my limit I have been back and forth I can't even begin to count how many times over this piece of crap laptop. I am a single mother who purchased four lap tops last year and wouldn't you know the one that is supposed to be the best rated out of all of them has been an over priced absolute nightmare. I am tired of being jerked around on this when all it amounts to is waiting out my warranty and when that expire I have to either pay for another lap top or I am screwed. I have had it this dam thing freezes up, was taking a test for my online class and was booted so often I failed my test. Enough is enough I either get a new laptop and you all quit jerking me around on this nightmare you keep saying after each time well we done this or we done that working real good only to get it home and less than 24 hrs later I either have to make the drive back or be on the phone with tech support. I will call better business bureau and consumer agencies everywhere to tell them that your warranty is something you don't wish to honor. I am sure I can involve a few of my law professors on this as well and get whatever legal advice they can give me as well. I am angry and I just want to be able to use my laptop and not have to run everywhere to only find it still messed up. I don't believe that you all haven't done what you can but sometimes you can have a lemon and this is surely one of those times. So please I am begging you I can not afford a new laptop it all I can to pay my bills and only reason was able to buy this one was insurance pay out on my house burning down. I have to have laptop for school and work so please please please make this right.
