Photo Delete
I am trying to delete photos off of my HPdf820 photo frame. Ive done what it prompted me to do..it tells me that it is unable to do that because it is locked. help!

Are you trying to remove the picture from internal memory or a SD card? If you are using a SDcard or other external memory device, it may be locked. Look on your SD card. There may be a small yellow, ornage or red tab on the side towards the top. Sliding this up and down, locks and unlocks the card so something doesn't get deleted by mistake. Slide it the opposite direction, reinstall it in your frame and see if it allows you to delete pictures now. This little slide gets moved sometimes when you put the card in or take it out of the frame.
