Problems With Storeonce 4430 After Restart

During backup on StoreOnce 4430 we have a problem so we need to restart device (physically). Aftter restart HW and everything looks fine, when I look at the GUI, but unfortunaltlly we don't see VTL libraries anymore. command system show status show us proper capacity of formatted storagebut under service sets we see Set1 - not started. Looks like it is SW problem because this Set1 should be in status runnning.Does anyone have any idea or suggestion what we can do? In log files I only see first problem with mounting, but this problem is then resolved and mount is succesfull.Thank you very muchAnton Kavcic

After investigation we found out that we have HW problem. We see that discovered storage was only 32 TB instead 50 TB, discovery storage command fails with strange error. WHen we look at chassis we found problem with one controller which was then replaced and after that it starts to work fine. But it was interesting that all HW statuses on StoreOnce were OK despite we have this HW problem.

There are config docs and maintenance docs etc. It may help in solving your dilemma. I would assume it may just be a configuration issue that needs addressing to bring the unit back into use, as the data should still be available unless a reformat of media has been done.
