Number Pad Not Active Hp Probook 4530s

hello .. I ve a probook 4530s and the numbers in the right appear locked , is there any way to unlock them. any help is appreciated , thnx in advance

I sent my ProBook 4530s to hp and they couldn't solve it. They replaced the keyboard. I am not really computer savy but I just knew when I got it back and it was still the same it was a setting. So here is what worked after trying EVERYTHING...

1. Go to Control Panel

2. In the search bar on the right side type "keyboard"

3. Go to "Ease of Access Center"

4. Go to "Change how your keyboard works"

5. unclick "turn on mouse keys"

6. click "apply"

7. click "ok"
