I Have An Hp Printer 4500.how Do I Connect The Printer To A Dell Studio.

I HAD TO GET AA NEW COMPUTER- MINE FROZE. I DISCONNECTED THE PRINTER AND MOVED IT NEARER THE COMPUTER. PLUGGED IT INTO THE COMPUTER AND IT IS NOT PRINTING. CAN YOU HELP ME GET IT CONNECTED AND BE ABLE TO PRINT. THANKS, [email protected]
