I Cant Transfer Pictures From An Sd Card Thats In The Printer To My Computer.

I had a micro SD card in my cell phone and thats where i kept many of the photos that i took with my phone. I want to be able to access those pictures from my laptop. However, when i choose the option that says "Save to PC" it says "You need to install device software"

There are various ways of transferring your photos. However an easier solution would be a MicroSD adapter and inserting the card into your laptop directly or a USB card reader is very inexpensive and would give you a more successful transfer. I have been unable to find any specific way of transferring files from an SD card to your PC from the printer. The scan to computer is for scanning documents to your PC wirelessly.
