Bluetooth Option Is Grayed Out In Windows 8.

I bought HP Pavilion G4 2049TX. i have installed windows 8. and installed all the drivers. but my bluetooth device is not working. it is dispalyed in Wirless setting, but grayed out. Need Help.

First, reinstall the driver software using the driver found in the HP download center. If the bluetooth didn't still work properly, it might be a hardware issue. The bluetooth adapter of your HP Pavilion g4-2100 laptop may not be functioning well. Here's the link where you can download the latest driver for this laptop.
