My Laptop Was Corrupted
I delete my program files & my Laptop was corrupted how can I repair my laptop?

Please be more specific. By "program files" do you mean a specific program, or the folder on C: called "Program Files"?
If you deleted the entire "C:\Program Files" folder you have few options. If you can do a system restore from a date before the deletion do that. The only remaining choice is to do a system restore from the factory CD's that came with it. Doing that will completely erase everything on the laptop and restore to the state it was when new. You'll lose all your stored data (pictures, MP3's, documents, etc).
I recommend taking it to a local PC repair guy and seeing if he can restore the folder from a known good PC running the same version of Windows. It might not be cheap but odds are you'll get the system functioning again with the least grief.
