Battery Icon Missing

Can not turn on battery icon it is grayed out.  model DV6 2157 US.  PC shuts off without warning. Best Buy,Norton and HP could fix.

 I got the trick. Step follows:- Go to Task Manager. Go to Process tab. End the "explorer.exe" process Go to Applications tab Select "New Task..." Type "explorer.exe"

There you are your power icon  will be back after changing your battery  also.
