Defect With Printer Cartledges
change the cartledges all new i keep get the message one or more cartledge is defect .

If you have recycled cartridges then it is possible but unlikely to have all faulty. You need to check the connections on the cartridge are clean of any debris. Make sure you have removed all the tabs necessary from the cartridge. Clean the tabs inside the cartridge holder body. Use cotton buds and do not put to much pressure on them. If you have genuine HP cartridges then I would advise returning them to the dealer. They will need to test them of course. In any case faulty goods do have a guarantee whoever supplied them. I have added a link to HP where troubleshooting help can be found which may solve your dilemma. HP will not give any help on recycled cartridges. Also run the printer diags and cartridge cleaning routines.
