What Is Best Way To Uninstall Officejet J4680 All-in-one?

Go to the Control Panel. Open the Add/Remove Programs icon. Locate the printer and uninstall it.

The drivers do not need to be removed, they will interfere with nothing so you could just unplug the printer and stop using it.
