No Power On Printer

If the printer is not responsive and no visible lights are on then the following should be taken into consideration:

If you are sure the power cord is not the issue then the problem is likely a faulty data cable, which is the cable connecting your printer to the usb port on your device.

If you have another data cable that you know works, you can try using this one in place of the possible faulty cable to see if the printer registers on your computer and in "Online" status. Or, you may decide to purchase the data cable from your local electronics store (cost is usually under $15.00). However, if this does not resolve your issue, then the next option may want to be considered.

If, both the power and data cable works, then the printer may need to be serviced. Depending on whether you are still within the one year warranty, you may decide to purchase another printer as the cost to be serviced can cost the same as a new one sometimes.
