Printing from a mobile device can limit the print settings you can adjust. Two ways to get more control when using mobile printing are to jprint using HP's ePrint app, or Google's Cloud Print app. You can find more information on printing to your HP using either of these apps here, under the "Non ePrint-enabled printer" heading:
