Problem With Digital Frame

Hi- I have a digital photo frame that is not working properly. Whenver I turn it on, the only thing the screen will show is the hp welcome screen but it blinks it on and off and has very poor coloring. Is there anything that can be done to fix it? I have tried a different card so I know it is the actual machine. Thanks.
