Hp Deskjet D1660 Cartridge Cradle Cannot Move

I had the same issue and couldn't find any useful information, took the flashlight and looked around and found that one of two cartridges came out of its slot, so it couldn't move at all, so I only had to snap it back in the slot with a knife (couldn't reach it with fingers), maybe you have the same problem, hope it will help ))
