What Is The Voltage And Printing Blank Paper

I live here in the phillippines and im afraid to flug it in.because of the voltage here is 220.and the machine is prinfting in a blank paper

Hi. You need to check the voltage rating on the power pack (or sometimes on the main unit). If it is near 100v, such as 110v, 115v, or 120v, you can't use it on your power. If it is near 200v, such as 210, 220, 230, or 240, you can use it just fine because a difference of around 10 to 20v doesn't harm the device. Some devices can run on anything from the 100v to 200v range, such as 110v - 240v. If it shows this range, you can use it on your power.

The scanner will use an external power supply which provides the correct voltages it needs. Check the voltage on the P/S. It may say 100/240 which means it is auto-sensing. Blank sheets can be caused by the wrong settings or lamp failure. Check the troubleshooting information on the same webpage.
