Powerup Problem

amber front panel led turns on and off with switch, but the green power led never comes on??? the computer will not power up, but the power supply fan is working.

Based on your description, the possible problem on your HP 510N device is the motherboard. Remember that the motherboard is responsible for all the connected devices (peripherals) on your computer. The only solution for this is to bring the computer to a service/repair center because they have the complete tools and equipment to repair your computer.
