No. HP 430 supports some versions of Windows XP Operating Systems because the driver software is available for download from HP website. HP 430 can be used with the following Windows XP versions.

Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Microsoft Windows XP Media Center
Microsoft Windows XP Professional
