I Rented A Hertz Car In Oct. 2011 Inand Was Charged 'administrative Charges' On

I rented a Hertz car in Paris in Oct. 2011 and was charged "administraive charges" on my next Chase credit card bill.  I inquired what these charges were for and was told to wait for the "paper work from the Frence police".  This paper work never arrived and now I would like these "...charges" to be dropped and to be reimbursed for them. I have spoken with both Hertz and Chase and was told by BOTH companies that their records only go back 6 months.  IF I OWED THIS MONEY, both companies would be able to retrieve my records beyond the so called six month limit.  I am demanding reimbursement from your company immediately.  I will deal with Chase next.
