How Do I Know If It Is An Original Question?
If I post a question how do I know if it has been ask before?

Simply use the Answer link at the upper right. That will bring up a search engine for finding past questions.

You really can't guarentee if a question you ask has been asked before until you post it. By origional, I don't think they mean asked before by everyone, but asked before by yourself, and in you have never asked that one before. This is most likely to stop people from racking up hundreds of points by posting the same question over and over again.
