'sorry, We No Longer Process Manual Submissions For 3com'
That's the message I got when trying to upload a product manual. What gives here?

Obviously, HelpOwl does not process manual submission for 3Com company. I suggest that you find other companies/products where you can submit manuals, answers and reviews to earn more points.
