Your question is a bit hard to follow, but I"m guessing you're asking for assurance that a previous question to Help Owl will get answered. Unfortunately, many such questions do remain unanswered. The questions are answered by volunteers, and a particular one will be answered only if a volunteer sees it and feels he or she can provide a good answer.
