Help Owl documentation does not offer a way of canceling an account. If you're worried about use of your email address, you may have to abandon the use of that address.

In additin to what Odin posted; if you are gettng emails with peoples questions s a result of having this account, then open one and on the bottom is an "unsubscribe" tab. click on this and that should stop the emails in the future.
