Is It True That A Bath With Cold Or Cool Water Is A Cure For Headache?

Go here for the info. It would seem logical that a cool/cold bath or shower might relieve a headache due to contraction of the blood vessels.

I am really doubtful of the validity of the website that the other answerer provided. In fact it is the OPPOSITE that helps reliefa headache. Taking a shower in hot water actually loosen your muscles and allow for better blood flow. However research indicates that you should alternate between cold and hot water during your shower to get the best results.
