?suggestions To Reduce Depression

Hello there, last week I lost my puppy who was very close to me and that is the reason I am in depression and unable to concentrate on my work. While discussing with my friend, he suggested me to visit> who help us to take you out of depression. Do you have any suggestions?

Hello there, as a Psychologist I reccomend you to focus more on things that might make you stop thinking of your problem, like hanging out with friends, or just smile whenever you think of the certain matter. If you don't have friends and such this trick helps my clients a lot. Think that you're happy and that your dog is happy wherever he/she may be. I recommend you do the Adlerian Therapy wherein when your depression strikes you just think of positive thoughts, also don't forget to talk to other people of how you feel.

So the cure are as follows:

1)Taking a proper sleep

2) Exercise your body, exercise releases endorphin and dopamine hormone which is happiness harmonies and this hormones help to fight depression,that's why doctors recommend to exercise every day.

3)Eat health - eating health food like spinach,cucumber,other greenery food help to balance hormone level , which can help to reduce depression.

4) Listen music : this is also the best and effective way to reduce depression , listening to song reduces pain,stress,and depression.
