Tiger Shark Will Not Clear Low End Of The Pool

the tiger shark is less than one year old and it will clean the deep end of the pool but not the low end...the pool is very dirty because of tree droppings etc. this time of year the unit is very full when its finished...does this cause it to not clear the low end?
