What is the process to cancel my Hawaiian Airlines tickets?

I want to cancel my Hawaiian Airlines tickets, but they make it really complicated. I have read a lot of Hawaiian Airlines cancellation nightmares so I was wondering if anybody had figured out the best process to cancel.
