Need Help With Operating The Hb Coffee Grinder!

Received the coffe grinder for Mother's Day and was able to grind coffee twice with it with no problems. Now it is not working. I have read and reread the instructions and still it is not co-operating with me. It is very apparent that this issue is a problem with this model because #1 your instructions are not to return it to the store and #2. There is a complete seperate sheet that was pkg'd that explains about the problem. So what am I to do now?
