Can't Remove The Blade From The Bowl.

I am a new user of Hamilton Beach model 70725 and can't remove the blade from the bowl. The manual doesn't show how this should be done.

After trying for about 30 mins, I held onto the bowl tightly and pulled the S blade out very hard and it came right out. So just yank it out very fast with a lot of strength.
