Non Operation, Period

why doesn't hb watch when its food processors are being assembled, because I know that I had to put certain parts together the correct way, and hb does not even have the slightest idea that there was ever a problem with a particular type of food processor. BUT THEY WILL SELL YOU THE NOT-PUT-TOGETHER PARTS TO REPACE THE NOT-PUT-TOGETHER original PARTS!!?? IMAGINE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DON'T EXPECT ANYMORE "CUSTOMER SUPPORT" OR "TECHNICAL SUPPORT" FROM THIS SORRY COMPANY. THEY JUST CAN'T DO IT, REALLY!
