Coffee Maker Stopped Working. What Should I Do?
I recently purchased the Flexbrew but it stopped working. How can I get it started again? Did I do something wrong, or is it broken?

I can find no info in the manual & if you are certain you have power to the unit, I suggest you return it to the place of purchase for an exchange.
