Coffee Maker Ony Makes 4 Cups At A Time And Is Aggravating!

Our coffee maker will only make 4 cups atta time then stops brewing, how can i reset it so that it will make a whole pot ( 12 cups ) of coffee?

Unplug and wait a minute and then plug it in again to reset the programming. When you choose 'brew options' button, make sure it doesn't display "1-4" on the screen - that's why you're only getting 4 cups. It should either be blank above that button, or else a picture of 2 beans (strong brew).
