Bake Use

WHEN I BAKE CAKE , TOP RESISTANCE IS VERY STRONG, THEN MY CAKE IS BURNING... I PUT LOW TEMPERATURE, BUT TOP RESISTANCE WORK VERY SRONG. MY OVEN IS NEW!!
