Half.com does not have a phone number that is easy to find and eBay phone numbers won't help. This is odd because they should have more respect for their customers.

Can you bring up the label at all?  Can you save it to a file and print from the file?  Can you save is as a photo/image/picture?

You might be able to get the party renting the material to print the label and send it to you as an attachment.

It is possible that your computer settings are preventing the label from printing. It might be a Java Script issue, a common eBay problem. This is where you need eBay Tech Support.
