Hlp021-wm Control Board Issues

my washer has started to act wonky where the buttons hardly work any more. It will come on and only let me use the normal cycle but at times it won't even let me do that. What are the odds that it may be a relay switch or fuse? I'm not sure if I need to replace the whole control panel or just a relay, any thoughts or helpful advice? Thanks in advance.

How do I reset my Haier washing machine?

Turn the machine off at the powerpoint, wait for one minute, and then turn it back on. If you see no change, you can try a Master Reset. This will reset all of the onboard componentry and is often successfully used by appliance technicians. Open and close the door of the washing machine 6 times within 12 seconds.
