Answer 'yes' Or 'no'

Home Appliance Rage: Electronically inpaired Washing Machine OWNER vs Tech Support. OK, now,  DOES HAIER, OR DOES HAIER NOT HAVE AN English Language Text Users manual, written, detailed, explained and printed in the English Language  FOR Washing Machine Model JW-K70F?,  Let me remind you,  WRITTEN IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE,  USING THE 26 LETTERS OF THE ENGLISH ALPHABET forming words that make up English sentences and phrases... the ENGLISH LANGUAGE??   I have downloaded 4 Japanese Manuals and some stupid PDF creater-taking up too much space on my computer. I just want to click on an icon and have the whole manual appear, JUST LIKE WITH THE MANUAL IN JAPANESE, and understand how to use the Washer I so stupidly bought.  If the manual does not exist, just say so!  Stop wasting my time. Your answer did not even remotely satisfy. & what's with posting duplicates of info that I already found , In Japanese, on your Help Owl Gamer's site - big points for a job not done.   I have decided to return the useless washing machine to the store on Monday.    REALLY!!....DOES THIS LOOK LIKE ENGLISH TO YOU???
