Haier Hwr05xcm
This AC Unit is not even 2 months old and for the last month it has been switching settings and temperature just out of no where. They switch without even touching the unit or the remote. I have contacted Haier Customer support and they were absolutely no help what so ever. They just told me they would send me an email that I have to print off fill out and send back to them and then call them back to proceed to the next step. I have already advised them that I will do so but in the mean time they will be hearing from a lawyer, this is a bunch of crap to have to go through the hassle. It's supposed to but almost 100 degree out this next week with heat indexs over 100 and this is all they are offering me for an AC Unit that is less then 2 months old. I would not recommend anyone buying one of their products.
