Htvs 18dbvs Problem
My wine cooler recently developed an issue. The white zone is constantly at 72 degrees no matter what setting. Ihave it as a freestanding installation on a table in my bar and there is 10 inches of air space behind it. Both fans run and the lights and controls all work. I have validated that it is really 72 degrees. The red section is working correctly but the white is hot. Please help. It's only 6 months old. Thank You.

Turn the unit around and look at the top fan to see if it is turning. When I first bought my unit I heard a noise and the fan was touching the fan guard. I fixed this by bending the guard out. Unforunately the damage must have been done and now the fan no longer spins to cool the heat sink below it. These wine coolers do not use a compressor but are electrically cooled. I am currently searching for a replacement fan but cannot locate anything based on the part number it has. Looking for a Haier parts/repair shop who can sell me the part. I estimate less than $10, $20 at the most. It's only a fan, probably DC voltage but haven't verified that.
