Htd647ss Fridge Not Getting Cold

Check and make sure the dial inside (Usually located inside the fridge at the top/'roof' of the fridge, sometimes center, sometimes to the left or right), is set to a high enough number. If it is low like a 2 or 3, it won't keep things very cold. You may want to try turning the dial to a 6 or 7, give it a few hours, and that should help. You should also be aware that if you set it too high, like full 9, it might make things too cold and you may find things like drinks becoming iced over in the fridge, not just the freezer.
If changing the dial settings higher to make it cooler, doesn't work, and it's a new fridge, you should contact the company you bought it from and get a refund or exchange for a new working one. If it's an older fridge, you may need a maintence person or to replace it, but you can also check the tubings and such out yourself if you're careful and know what you're doing. (Beware of electricity). Good luck and I hope the problem is as simple as needing to up the dial number!
