Exterior Fan On Haier Hsu 18vc A-w Doesn't Work...need Diagnostic Assistance
Good day,
The exteriro fan on my mini split A/C Haier unit doesn't work. The compressor funstions but the fan fails to operate. Need to determine if the fan is defective or problem elsewhere such as relay. I verified with an inductive reader that power does go to the fan....just not sure how much. Can someone please define a diagnostic procedure (continuity test, relay test, jump wires...etc) in order for me to determine the source of the problem.
