Prior To Now, The Alarm F3 Never Stays Long, It Disappears If Refrigerator Is
put off for few mins. Now, such no longer happens as the alarm F3 remains permanent. Fridge is HAIER HRF-689FF/ASS

The F3 error is a failure of the Ambient temperature Sensor malfunction caused by a RT SNR short circuit or open circuit. Go here for the Service Manual to trouble shoot this problem.
