Compressor Not Starting.
Model-hrf-351frmake- Haier Thermocoolserial Number-bco5y0e0q00bd53f0128its Not Working When Connected To A Power Source.the Compressor Doesn't Start Despite The Presence Of Mobile Charge In The Circuit.please What Might Be The Fault And What Must Do To Rectify It.
