7 Mos. The Freezer Quit. Lights On, Motor Runs. Elect Cord, Not Plug, Is Hot
after 7 months the freezer quit. lost an entire lamb and other meats. lights were on and the motor running. when emptying it out it was noted the electrical cord was very hot, but not the plug. contacted ALCO where purchased and was told it was over 90 days and not their problem. said i should mail it back to Haier. who can is authorized to fix this or should i turn it into a flower pot?
