I Have No Sound.

Reason of No sound could be this:

1. Volume too lower

2. Inserted an earphone

3. Single problem

Step:

1. Depress the volume button; check if volume is too lower.

2. Check whether pressed the mute button, try to depress it again.

3. Turn to another program to see whether it's a single problem.

4. Check if it has inserted an earphone.

Solution:

1.Increase the volume

2.Press the mute button

3.Check the single wire

4.Pull the earphone out

Please call service when your TV not ok after above operation.

There are following step to factory reset your haier lcd tv..

1.turn on your lcd tv

2.Press and hold the "Exit" button on the remote control for about 10 seconds. An on-screen message appears warning you that all of your current settings will be lost.

3.Press the left arrow button on the remote control to highlight "OK" and press "Enter." Once the reset is complete, your haier LCD television will turn itself off.

Turn the television back on and re-program the setting.
