My Haier Space Saver Compact Dishwasher Violently Spews Water From Undernrath
As soon as I turned the machine on, it flooded my kitchen! I looked to see where the water came from, and it was from under the middle rear of the machine where there is a small grid of slots that contains a block of some kind

You must have a waterline hose or fitting that's broken or the pump seal has failed.
