How Do I Assemble The Quick Faucet Adapter?

My quick faucet adapter is not assembled.  There was a random spring, a few white plastic pieces,  and a few rubber washer-things in the bottom of the dishwasher and i do not know how to get them to stay together long enough to get water to go through the tubes. It is no where in the manual.
